As a coach and educator, Susan is dedicated to supporting youth programs whether it be in the classroom or on the basketball court. Her modesty, despite her ability, is due to a competitive athletic career as a NCAA Division 1 Point Guard and Team Captain of the Monmouth University Basketball Team. She has a Master’s Degrees in Special Education, Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Supervisory certification, licensed Learning Consultant and a background in behaviorism and psychological first aid. Her most recent initiative, MINDSET, is a mental performance program she designed and implements to help female athletes train their mind and compete with confidence and composure.
